What are Mobility classes like?

They’re fun! We’ll get your joints jiving, muscles melted and fascia fluffed using a variety of self-massage balls (see below). Self-massage is a research-backed modality combining a blend of movement, breathwork, and self-myofascial release (SMFR) using Tune Up Fitness® Massage Balls. Rolling out your tough muscles leads to improved posture, bodily awareness and an understanding of movement patterns that may be contributing to your pain. Learn breathwork strategies to effectively handle stress in any scenario. Let’s roll.

Why should I try?

Being able to take care of yourself always beats depending on someone else. It’s like getting the exact massage that you want and need, and is a simple way to perform muscular maintenance at the first signs of pain. At a fraction of the cost of hands-on therapy, rolling is portable, affordable, and it works with the soft tissues of your body, not against them.

Through the use of specific techniques, the TUF® Therapy Balls provide targeted self-massage trigger point therapy to help improve mobility, increase range of motion and enhance circulation. (www.tuneupfitness.com)
